Seasonals

We offer an array of sites and welcome you to visit our property and pick your site. These sites are first come first serve. If you have a site that you would enjoy, please make a deposit payment.

All sites have gravel base and you can build a deck or screen room with a building permit issued at the Town of Wells , Maine. We welcome creating your own space and planting all the flowers you want.

We provide all lawn maintenance and site fall and spring clean-up. We offer free wireless internet service to our seasonal members.

The 2013 Season is from May 15, 2013 to October 15, 2013.  Total annual for site $1,000.00 and amenities is $2,400.00 Total annual cost $3,400.00 Our payment schedule is 4 payments of $850.00 (oct 2011, Jan, March, May) You must be paid in full by May 1, 2013 for the 2013 season.

 Any seasonal not returning for the next season must notify us by Sept 15th and remove unit by Oct 15th. Unit owners will be charged $400.00 per month( Starting on October 15th) for winter storage. The unit must be removed by April 1. We have the right to terminate a contract at anytime without refund with a 30 day notice to site owner. If unit is not removed by April 1 we have the right to remove the unit off the prjoperty.

Price includes water, sewer, cable, lawn mowing, site maintenance and Wi-Fi.

This site is rented to lessee, spouse and dependent children. , pets are always welcome if on leashes at all times. They must have updated medical records when arriving.

Drake's Island Resort Seasonal family members may enjoy a 10% discount on Motel and Cottage rates.
