We offer 2 styles of motel rooms. We have 4 rooms with one queen size bed. We have 4 rooms with two double beds in the room. All rooms have TV, AC and mini refrigerators.

All rates are based on 2 person occupancy. 7% tax not included.

Additional Charges

  • Additional people $10.00 per night booked in rooms.
  • Pets: $5 per night/per pet is charged in addition to room charge. A credit card number will be taken as a damage deposit.
  • Wireless Internet Service available

Policies

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check in time: 2:00pm, Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • A fee will be charged for late check-outs.
  • Failure to arrive on arrival date without notification will forfeit your deposit and rental.
  • We welcome pets that are on leashes. They must have updated medical records when arriving.

Deposit

  • We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover.
  • A 50% deposit is required for reservations on NON holiday weekends.
  • A 100% payment must be received for all Holiday weekends.
  • Final payment due on arrival.

Cancellation

  • No refunds given in the event of a Holiday cancellation.
  • No refunds for early departues, for any reason.
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 handling fee.
  • Cancellation received 29 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
