Campground

Our sites offer gravel base under your unit with grass, picnic tables and fire rings on each site. We provide all lawn maintenance and site fall and spring clean-up. We offer free wireless internet service to our seasonal members.

Site charges are for 2 people, 1 unit and 1 car. Includes water, sewer, electric & cable.

Additional Charges

  • Additional people on site $5.00, extra car $5.00, tent $10.00
  • Wireless Internet Service available
  • Visitor pass $10.00

Deposit

  • We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Cards. Master Card, Visa.
  • A 50% deposit is required for reservations on NON holiday weekends.
  • A 100% payment must be received for all Holiday weekends.
  • All reservations must be paid in full  30 days prior to your stay.
    • No refunds given in the event of a Holiday cancellation.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 handling fee. Cancellation received 29 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
  • No refunds given in the event of a Holiday cancellation.
  • Check in time: 2:00pm, Check-out time: 10:00 AM ($10.00 Fee for Late Check-out)
  • Failure to arrive on arrival date without notification will forfeit your deposit and site.
  • No refund for early departures, for any reason
  • All Rates are subject to Maine Lodging Tax (currently 7%)
  • We welcome pets that are on leashes. They must have updated medical records upon arival.
